The starting price is for only 1 character.

This is a hands-off commission type with no critique or revisions.

Please brief me the personality of the character, costume and name a price, and I'll draw them however I see best.

Please credit the Artist name to wizowl or Wizard of Owl

I do not accept any urgent work.

I have every right to adapt anything from client's brief to avoid copyright and licensing issues.

Personal commission is for personal use only. Not allow for any commercial use purposes. If you not sure about the usage please contact to discuss with me first.

The commissioner has ownership of the artwork but I, the artist still certain rights as artist credits.

Normally some artworks will be published on my personal social media. If you like to keep it private, please let me know.

The major changes are free 3 times in the sketch process without additional charge. (charge will be $10 each time)

Major changes are not allowed if the finishing stage already confirmed.

Do not edit my art work without permission but change the adjust color is fine.

Installment payment is not allowed. Full payment only.

No refunds allowed unless I have no update on your commission works more than 5 months.

Do not use my works and design for NFT or AI learning.

ผู้วาดมีสิทธิดัดแปลงบรีฟของผู้ว่าจ้างเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาทางด้านลิขสิทธิ์

งาน personal use ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ในทุกกรณี (ป้ายร้าน / ประกอบนิยาย / ฯลฯ) หากไม่มั่นใจว่าการนำไปใช้จัดอยู่ในกรณีเชิงพาณิชย์หรือไม่ สามารถสอบถามก่อนได้

ผู้ว่าจ้างมีกรรมสิทธิ์ในผลงานวาด แต่ผู้วาดยังคงถือสิทธิในฐานะผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน

โดยปกติแล้วผลงานวาดจะถูกโพสต์ลงบนสื่อโซเชี่ยลมีเดียของผู้วาด หากไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่กรุณาแจ้งให้ทราบในช่วงเวลาก่อนที่จะส่งงาน

การแก้งาน 3 ครั้งแรกจะไม่มีการคิดเงินเพิ่ม แต่หลังจากนั้นจะคิดครั้งละ 100 บาท ดังนั้นหากต้องการแก้ไขงานรบกวนระบุมาให้ครบ เพื่อไม่ให้เป็นการเสียสิทธิในการแก้งานโดยใช่เหตุของผู้ว่าจ้าง และเพื่อสะดวกในการทำงานของผู้วาด

ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการแก้ไขงานหลังจากที่ยืนยันงานแล้วในทุกกรณี

ขอความกรุณาไม่ edit ภาพวาดโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แต่ถ้าเป็นการปรับสีของภาพสามารถทำได้

จะไม่มีการคืนเงินโดยเด็ดขาดนอกเสียจากผู้วาดจะไม่มาอัพเดทงานให้นานเกิน 5 เดือน

ห้ามนำงานไปใช้สำหรับ NFT หรือ AI โดยเด็ดขาด
